Good Friday-eve morning!!

Another hot, sticky, sultry, sizzling, torrid, searing, blistering, scorching (how many synonyms can he use??) day of heat in SE TX. Ahhhh; 5 weeks today and counting down. ;-)

Capt...that pretty much covers it. Once the temps get that high, not even wind on a motorcycle will cool you down. It's like driving through a blast furnace.

Capt Paul, you're getting off easy...add severe thunderstorms and tornados to that weather list and we're talking eastern Iowa. It's active here!

In Florida with the high humidity we have had the past few weeks, I overheard them on the news morning show referring to it as Hughmuggity.

I have very exciting news to share!! I am retired as of today!! I can hardly wait to get to the UP and sit on the Great Lake Superior with Uncle Chuck @ Little Betsy and all of our family!! We will be seeing all of you in early July.

Congrats Norma, that is exciting. Let the good times roll.

Capt. some of us still have to work,lol Norma and my wife will be U.P. most of July, for me it will be towards the end of the month, we plan to look up Mary too in Lake Linden, perhaps we could meet at the loading zone one night?

Better yet, maybe we can have a get-together in Little Betsy, pot-luck of course! The Loading Zone works for me, too, closer to home! :->
