I took some pictures of some crocus's at a rest stop last week. I enlarged them when I had them developed. There was one with a dead brown leaf next to it and there was one with a stick and some eggcorns by it. They sure are pretty.

Good pictures. I like the 1 that still shows the Christmas Spirit in April. Also, the Beaver Island pic reminds me of when Dad took the family there in the mid and late 1960's, and the turkey pic, well, we have wild turkeys around where I live, 2.

Hi you all. We have glorious day here in mid-Michigan after a, shall we say, long winter. :-) I am very sad to see that the Holiday Inn Express in Houghton has a foreclosure notice, and that it is currently set to be sold at auction on April 30, 2009, according to an article in Monday's Mining Gazette. The timing is awful, for Tech students and their parents, as many parents like to stay at that hotel during moveout and graduation, etc. The Holiday Inn's current owners are apparently trying to work something out with their bank. I wish them good luck, as I am sure many others on this board do. If it has to be foreclosed, I hope they are able to find a buyer quickly!
