On the bottom of the main Pasty Cam page each day is a thumbnail display of the previous week's pictures. Which two presidents currently appear in that display?

Congrats to the Michigan State Spartans on their NCAA playoff run. Came up one game short but gave everyone something to cheer about in these tough times.

Good morning! It's supposed to start warming up now. Let's see if they're right this time!

Congrats to the Spartans. They made the last few cold weeks bareable because we had something to watch while being stuck inside. What a team. I'm very proud of them. No need to hang their heads. They did the Big 10 proud!!!

It is snowing in my neck of the woods here in E. Tennessee, and I do not think it is fummy at all. I cut the grass three times so far, and the temp has flirted near eighty not so long ago, was working on a tan.

For those who might be interested, the History Channel is repeating the segment of its series How the Earth Was Made on the "Great Lakes" at 8:00 and then again at 12:00. This was very interesting. Have you seen this, Capt. Paul and Dr. Nat?

While we're waiting for today's Pasty Cam photos, I thought I'd give everyone a photo update on Monday afternoon's report from George Hite's Eagle Harbor Web, about the deer that had wandered onto the ice sometime on Sunday. Thankfully, the north wind blew the ice floes to shore on Monday and Susan Harri reported that after 24 hours out on the ice, the deer was able to "skate" across the clear ice, to land all four feet on shore, where it then walked into the cedar swamp. All's well that ends well. Neil and Susan teamed up to bring us these two photos, one by air and one by land...

Thanks for the eye-witness report!
