Just watched a program last night on the ice breakers and both of the Mackinaws were highlighted.

Ok Capt are you making fun of my double post ;) sorry about that. I was is the morning rush to try to get the post and could not remember how to spell cinnamon ;)

Nice pics...the 2004 photo is a hoot. If that kid ate that entire cinnamon roll then we should sponsor him for the next international hotdog eating competition.

Those are the BEST cinnamon rolls around. One of our favorite stops whenever we are in the UP. My little 6 yr old nephew lives in Skandia, and as a treat we let him order a cinnamon roll for himself, you know he ate 3/4's of the darn thing.

I've been trying to convince the folks at the Hill Top in Lanse to label those big rolls "ATTILA the BUN". They just won't bite on the idea.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the folks who work at Smurfit-Stone. May the Chapter 11 reorg be successful and all those involved keep their jobs. Ontonagon, we're sending you our best wishes!

For almost a year now this page has posted a musical slide show that displays all of the pictures on this day over the past 10 years. Look at the top of this page, you should see a picture. At the lower left corner there is a white arrow-head pointing to the right. Click it and you will see the Decade Review. Make sure your speakers are on and you'll hear some nice music to go with it.
