What is it? If I watch something, from a t.v. station thru the computer, that is wrong?

Or is download another word, if you will, for stealing, lets say, like music? For my own personal use, BUT not have to pay for it?

I am in the dark about this, SOPA and PIPA.

How does this have to do with closing down sites??????

I have read and read and what is a piracy bill????

Guess I am trying to say is put in laymans terms. A person does this and that is what they are trying to prevent or stop.

THANKS A LOT.

I posted in wrong place-I guess. My personal feeling about all thisis.. New additional legislation will only kill out local amaller IP's.Deal with music theft, copywrite,& porn separately. This law is punishing the good for a few bad!In my eyes this bill is: big brother wants us to monitor each other and tattle--report any activities our neighbor is doing the BB doesn't like and with the other new bill(can't remember #)put us in jail indefinately without any legal representation. THIS GOING TOO FAR--infringing on our rights again. Slowing taking them away--BESURE TO SIGN THE PETITION!!!!
