I guess I won't know until I'm actually on my death bed either then.
Know that what you believe in is a personal choice. If you believe Jesus was the bridge between mankind and God our creator and came to Earth to spread the news that there is indeed life after death and that he gave his life to prove that you can receive eternal life...good for you...If you choose not to believe it....again, your choice...It is a matter what your faith is in.
I know plenty that denounce and play down the life and sacrifice of Jesus as non-provable.
Then again, they say that George Washington was the first president of the United states...I ask: "How do you know?"...People say, "Well, because it was written in history and there are relative descendents of George and people that witnessed all this."...
I say: Yes, but it was like 235 years ago...You weren't around to know for sure no matter how much was written and documented about it...Hey, a lot of people couldn't read and write then either...They may have misconstrued something, too. Do you TRULY believe it?
It's the same with the Bible...Believe it or not...I'll continue to believe...

Following are comments for consideration and possible responses.
Jesus' instructions to his disciples about prayer included they should pray to "...our Father in heaven..." (Matt. 6:9)
The Apostles' Creed teaches Christians that Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father. Jesus is not the author of the Apostles' Creed.
