Early in the history of the Pasty Cam we began the tradition of sunrises/sunsets at the end of the month. In the past decade on Dec 31, which year(s) had man-made lights?

Only in 1999 were the manmade lights shining

...and in '98 the trucks headlights were off, a few months before we started the end-of-month tradition

Yep, let's look forward to a better 2009 (Deb, we're all with
you!).

Let's all count our blessings, too. We all had good tings happen
in 2008, including a great year sharing the events of our lives
with one another right here. Part of the reason we'll have a fine
2009 is that we have wonderful friends from all over the world
that come together every day on the Pasty Cam.

Wow! I would have to agree that last picture is that of an Angel. I am going to make that my mantra for 2009: "I'll be FINE in 2009!" This site is always the bright spot in each day for me.
