Winter has made several false starts already this year, so I'm not certain if the covering of snow we have at present will stick around or not. Tim Minich captured a scene that depicts a fresh covering of snow amongst the barren trees and reflected in the waters of a creek that hasn't frozen over quite yet. Although, that's soon to come, as temperatures keep getting lower and are staying at those colder degrees for longer periods of time. It's nice to see that patch of blue sky overhead (and repeated in the creek), adding some color to an otherwise "black and white" setting.

Beautiful picture. As I mentioned to my pals early today, I am still kicking leaves on my stroll to work. Snow is a tease in SE Idaho. Happy Day to all.
