I agree, Alex, and I especially like the winter ice scene today.....with the lighthouse 'peeking' up from behind the floe. brrrr

There has been a shooting of a sixteen year old male at Central High School in Knoxville on Jacksboro Rd. Details are still coming in.

The winter ice scene was a surprise but I liked it. The blue is so pretty.

Wow! How awful about the shooting in Knoxville. The internet says the young man died and they have the suspect in custody. He just shot the boy and walked away as if nothing happened and the police picked him up on the street outside the school. It said they knew each other. Oh, my....a parent's worst nightmare!

I would like to thank all the Pasty Camers who gave me suggestions on where to stay when I take my vacation next week in Houghton. The majority rules, almost everyone said the Super 8 Motel. So I will take your advise and check it out. I dont think there is a bad place to be in the UP. I am so looking forward to this vacation. What is the weather been lately?
