Just wondering... Is the Berry Patch open in Copper Harbor? We are coming up at the end of the month and I am dying for a Thimbleberry Sundae.

Morning from HAKOLA village (Alahärmä) Finland!

I was UP there last weekend, from Copper Harbor to Porcupine Mountains and did not see many flies or mosquitoes. I did run across a few by one of my favorite streams near Munising, but I was pretty deep in the woods.

Bug repellent recommended?...Yes!

Jeff Kalember was recently passing through the Marquette area and said he had to check this place out to see if it was still open. He remembered it from the 80's, but said that he couldn't tell if it was still in operation or if it was just apartments now and they had kept the sign up for nostalgia sake. Can anybody tell us if it's still an operating Sauna/Steam Bath?
