The end of one of my 2 favorite months: May and October - the months of the fastest transformation from the cold to the warm, and back from warm to cold again.

What a beautiful day ahead.Low 80's and sunny. What more could we want on the last day of May. Peace to all.

It's a hot humid sticky day here in the Knoxville area.The kind of weather that Fran down the road in GA.and myself have been waiting for. Good afternoon Ya all.

Good Afternoon. 48 and cloudy here in Houghton. COLD AND GLOOMY!!!

My 32 year old nephew Kevin, the one that had the bone marrow transplant a year ago, is in critical condition in ICU with a ventilator helping him breathe right now, along with oxygen too. It's a 50/50 chance he can pull through, as he now has pneumonia along with the Leukemia being back as strong and aggressive as ever. He just completed an intensive high dose chemo several days ago, so hopefully that will put the Leukemia in remission and then they'll proceed with another bone marrow transplant, provided they can find another matching donor for him. We need a miracle....please keep him in your prayers...thank you.

Sitting and waiting in a hospital as a loved one fights for his life has got to be one of the hardest things a person ever has to do. God bless Kevin and you all and keep you in peace and safe in His everlasting arms.

Oh, Mary, such heartbreaking news....but we won't give up will we? Just keep remembering that God is the "Great Physician". Will keep Kevin and your whole family in prayer. Keep us updated. May God give much comfort during this time of stress.

Keeping Kevin in our prayers, too. Frannie, I think I start melting at around 70°. Temps here have been in the high 50s and low 60s. Just right!
