Good morning! It was a great weekend in the UP, especially considering the storms we had out here. The weather was almost perfect there. We even saw a bear and an albino squirrel. What a country!!!!

Good morning! I'm still on vacation today and tomorrow. Not very nice weather here. Sunday nite 60-70 miles north of us, 3 cities were destroyed by an F-4 tornado. Devistation, destruction and death. A 91 yr. old lady was tossed out of her bed and was found laying near a roadway. Prayers to all involved.

Hi Everybody! We had a great weekend in the Keweenaw. I was suprised to see the Hut was not open yet. Is there a date for the Grand Re-opening yet?
On the trip we also got to see a Wolf standing on the railroad track on M-28 near Seney. Unfortunately I couldn't get my camera out fast enough.

I guess Bob just had an itchy clicker finger! I'll be watching for that wolf when we come UP June 10.

My new grandson, Clark Robert, was born Saturday morning at about 8 a.m. My daughter's 3rd child to be born on the 24th of a month. The family is doing fine. The 6-year-old adores her new baby brother, but the 16-month-old is a little more apprehensive. That's my 15th grandchild! I swear I'm really only 56!

Congrats, Marsha! Geez, that's a lot of grandkids for 56. I'm going to be 56 in August and I thought I had quite a few with the 6th to be born in July and the 7th in November. And 2 others come with the 7th, so that's 9. Christmas just got a little more expensive.
