I guess I'm fortunate to have met and spent the better part of a day with Mikie in December as we toured his old stomping grounds at Chrysler's Lynch Road plant. It was really a treat to see where my Roadrunner was built. Mikie has also been helping me research the origins of the car and how they were built in the 60's from a man on the inside. Here's to you Mikie on your special day....

Thanks to all my friends. Hope to meet you all some day. Russ and Paul, love the pictures. My daughter in law gave me a card with a Rolls on it. Dani made pastys, had one of my favorite cakes, one I didn't have to make. Came from Costcos. Jimmie the fat white cat is curled up in the office on Precious,s chair. He loves sitting there so I will pet him when I am not doing anything. My brother the smartest man in the world, his description not mine, even showed up for cake. Mother in law was there, bought me several tools. Precious is sick, has a problem with her stomach. Mary Kay my sister, called to wish me a happy birthday. Been a good day. Best part was reading all the emails and the postings on this site. Well maybe getting a group hug from the grandkids was a little nicer. Thanks to everyone. Mikie

Well I am up, don't know how long. Bed is kind of uncomfortable today. Allergies are bothering me and the meds haven't kicked in yet. Watery eyes, stuffed nose, and sneezing. Ain't it great living in Michigan in the spring. Pollen count is up. Oh woe is me, poor me, I feel so sorry for me this morning. Jimmie loved all the tummy pats he got yesterday. Kay said that getting older is when you think of a quickie as falling asleep at a red light. Hope I don't fall asleep on my new trike. Better get a helmut and a seat belt for it.
