"What's Up," Cam Notes and the Cameo were ESPECIALLY lovely
today. Old Victoria is a splendid place to visit, though I expect if
those walls could talk (and I almost heard them when I was there
the other summer) they'd tell us about long, lonely winters and
some hard, hard times. Summers are so beautiful there, but I'll bet
cabin fever led to some feelings of claustrophobia and maybe a few
anger management issues during the long winter months.

A sure sign of spring.

For the fourth April, Jack and Jill have returned from their winter "below the bridge" somewhere to glean under the bird feeders. Also returning, were Mr. and Mrs. M, who arrived a week earlier.

Woosey snowbirds, but never the less a glimmer of hope!

xx

First early bird!!! You mean there've been more than one who can take your "humor"?

By David Hiltunen (Davidcorrytontn) on Sunday, April 20, 2008 - 11:52 am:

CHICAGO (April 19) - A gust of wind blew a 2-year-old in a stroller into Lake Michigan, where the boy remained submerged for at least 15 minutes before being pulled out unconscious but alive.

Be real carefull with the little ones Please
