Good morning all! Theresa,how are things in Florida? My wife just came back from a week down there in the Tampa, Z'Hills and Ocala area.

Today's the 40th anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King. The longer it's been the more I realize the power of his work and regret the loss of his influence.

Hi Paul... Tampa is unseasonably warm, darn humid if you ask me. The Grand Prix is this weekend in St Pete, and the Women's B-Ball Finals too. So plenty to do. I, myself, am looking forward to a Birthday Cookout at a friend's house Saturday. Last week the weather was better, I'm sure your wife had an excellent time :)

Thanks for the reminder Maija :) Throughout my daughter's schooling, her favorite topic for her reports was always Dr. Martin Luther King. What a wonderful role model for a child, eh.

I visited the Lorraine Motel when I was in Memphis last year. It is now a museum. Wow! His work was SO important. It gives me goose bumps just to think about it.

Good morning! Big weekend this weekend so no rest again. But at least the weather is nice. It's supposed to be in the 60's today. It got to 57 yesterday. Great day for a walk.

Good Morning, Everyone! Gee, we were thrilled to have a reasonably sunny day yesterday, with the temp all the way up to 54 for a few minutes yesterday! I would love to see 70 again! Today, it's back to gray & it will rain again, sigh! Congratulations on your Early Bird, Theresa!

It was so nice out yesterday, will be today too. Broke out the spring Jacket and had the car window down.

AHHH, spring is here. Now that all of the snow is gone I don't have to shovel, plow or get stuck in drifts. Now all I have to do is mow, weed-wack, clean the windows, trim the bushes, trim the trees, pull the weeds, mow the lawn, plant the flowers, plant the garden, stain the decks, open up the pool. Sigh, wish it was winter again.

Snowman it sounds like I need to bring around to your place a well known wet noodle to straighten your attitude hey? My self will soon be complaining enough about the heat and humidity!:o>)

It sure beats what happened to the 51-year old man in the UP, who got his pickup truck in snow. His body was found 300 yards from his truck. WLUC tonight said on their web site that he had died of a heart attack, apparently trying to get help or get out of there. Ouch!
