Mary and Charlie asked me to take a stab at doing movie reviews for Pasty Central, sorta like Joe Kirkish does for the Daily Mining Gazette. So here goes nothin'.

For some time we've heard about the new futuristic movie with dazzling special effects. (Understand that it takes a while for shows to reach this far north, so some of you may already seen it.) It's a tale of the Empire and the Rebellion, starring Cuke Skywalker and Obi-Won-Cannoli with a cast of dozens, including C-3-Peanut and his sidekick Tofu-D-2. Light Sabers and Thai Fighters add to the action, in this struggle against the Dark Side and the Death Star (which looks strangely familiar). Time to Go Mall and see it, if you haven't already:

Oh my goodness! Today's movie is awesome-the funniest little movie ever!Hysterical! How did he ever make that? I am amazed at the skill and I am really uplifted by the humor!It is truly classic!

That was funny, loved the Storm Troopers and the mini Light Sabers. I am still in possession of a Luke Skywalker and Yoda circa Original Star wars, not nearly as creative as these however.

That was awesome! My husband has always been a starwars fan. In fact, our 2 year old daughter has a poster of Yoda in her bedroom! Funny that organic food is my passion and we now own an Organic grocery store. When in Iron Mountain stop by Millie Hill Market, located downtown right on Stephenson (US 2, the main drag).

I will try to do that next summer when I visit my godfather's widow.
Ed and Gerry Kukuk were also my parents' maid of honor and best
man at their wedding. They sure love(d) Iron Mountain! My
parents remained in touch with their "Vetville" friends from
Northern and we visited some of them in far flung places over the
years.

What a HOOT!! I can't wait to show my son, the Star Wars geek that he is.
