So many of the shots that Jonathan took in those early years with the old, low resolution Sony Mavica, were later redone over the years on the Pasty Cam, like today's first view, driving down from Allouez, which later showed up in a shot by David Antikainen:

Can't see the international bridge in 2004 pic....is it 'blanked' out by snow or fog?

It appears the March 28, 2004 pic is a memory photograph pre-International bridge. It started constuction in 1960. That is just my take on the look of the Locks, as I was only 8 then. lol
