Good Morning from Illinois

Good Morning, Everyone! That was about the 4th storm lately that missed us to the south and east. We have been just too far north for snow recently, which seem odd, at least to me. Even without the snow in those recent storms, either we actually have broken the record, or we are with 2 inches of breaking, our all-time record for annual snowfall here in mid-Michigan this snow season! Wow, so much for climate warming! (I wish that Dr Nat were giving her talk, as mentioned by Capt Paul on the Climate Warming thread, somewhere up here closer to us, rather than down in Texas!)

Merry Christmas! Oh wait, it's Easter. I couldn't tell for all the snow on the ground. We didn't have this much at Christmas. Oh well, it's good for the spring planting and it'll be gone in no time. Have a great day!

We got lucky, probably only got about 3-4 inches of snow. At one point they are predicting 10 inches. I want my Spring weather!! I would love to open the windows and let some fresh air in.

Well we ended up with 9 inches of beautiful Spring snow here in Hillsdale County Michigan. Some of the places I measured it was 11 and some were 7 so 9 is a good average.

Skies are blue in Toivola this afternoon, and most everywhere else across the U.P.

Beautiful day here today, the sun is out. We got over a foot of snow yesterday near the Milwaukee/Racine area. We've had lots of snow this year. Sort of like being up north Michigan, but not as beautiful of course.
