Good morning, What's Up. A Sleep Study should be had by those who snore. Your heart will stop many times as you snore, and you just do not get a good nights sleep. Barbie and I both use the C-Pap machine after we had the study done. It forces air into your nose at a rate determined by the study much like when you are given oxygen. I thought it would be a hassle sleeping with a hose on my nose, but it isn't that bad, and the good rest we get makes up for it.
