For some reason, these photos from Brenda Leigh remind me of the quote from Alfred Lord Tennyson, "In the Spring, a young man's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love." That could be because Brenda has dubbed this woman here in red, as Ms. Lady Love. She actually came to being around Valentine's Day, when Brenda built her down in the Menominee swamps, adjacent to her skiing trail. She turned out to be quite a "looker" and Brenda noticed her neighbor "Wally" hanging out in the swamp much more after Lady Love appeared on the trail. He even asked Brenda to take a photo of Lady Love and him, so he could show it to his wife and make her jealous. :-> Lady Love must have been enjoying all the attention, and decided that with Spring's arrival, she had to do something about all the extra insulation she'd added for the winter, so she began her annual Springtime diet of sunshine and warmer temps... just look at her now, she's fading away a little more each day!

How funny & how awesomely decorated!! I love how she's got an after picture as well! The orange on the snowman really stand out, in regards to a photo in her album. Hopefully we'll have some nice weather for when we come back up in May! :) (Opposed to the blizzards we had when we were home in February!!)

OK, WHERE IS, OR WHAT IS A MAN'S "FANCY" ? WHY WILL IT TURN ? OH WELL THOSE ARE JUST A FEW QUESTION'S THAT ONE THINK'S ABOUT DURING THE WINTER. "AHHHHH SPRING"!!!!!!!!!!

It just goes to show you, once you catch that Ice Queen in college, she just let's herself go!! (So says the very chubby middle aged snowman!)

So cute. We have to get her to a greenhouse so Santa Claus can bring her back to life. LOL

Now that's full-figured snow lady.

I'm interested in knowing what "snowman" will post when he sees this snowlady!

I need to go on that same diet...

Could it be that "Lady Love" is a member of the Red Hat Ladies society? Noticed a purple flower on her hat....those ladies sometimes have a touch of purple in their attire.

I found this lonely Mr. Sandman on the beach here in Florida that seems to be interested in the young Ms. Lady Love in the photo above.
