Ashley Byykkonen and her Mom, Judy Byykkonen had some help decorating their home for the Christmas holiday. Jewel and Pumpkin were captured by Ashley, cuddling up to Frosty the Snowman, giving him a warm welcome. Good thing he's stuffed, otherwise he'd be just a drip before long! :->

While Ashley was busy with the pups, Judy heard some singing going on out the window. On closer inspection, she found a small flock of Pine Grosbeaks decorating the outdoors with their colorful coats of red. Looks like the Byykkonen household is just about ready for Christmas to arrive. Are you?

Starting our Christmas decorating today, after a large shopping trip to K-Mart..we just wont have the snow scene in our area.

What great pictures...brings a smile. The furry family members do get involved in all the holiday activities. And our feathered friends are so colorful against the snow. I just got back from the feed store where I bulked up on birdseed.

It was really nice of all the animals to sit still long enough for you to take their pictures. Like the heavy snow falling. Lake effect is such a pure experience.

I love the little friends with a friend. This time of year everyone deserves an extra one. And those birds are just glorious. What a shot!!Thanks for making gloomy Saturday great.
