Good morning! It must have been warm UP there 8 years ago. It was so warm here in MN this weekend that you could go outside without a jacket. We went shopping yesterday and left our jackets in the car. I'm sure that will change soon enough.

Hey all! Charlie eluded to it in his daily post. I am an uncle! Hence, I have to do the proud uncle thing and brag about my new niece! Her name is Ellie Grace and she was born Friday, Nov 9. Mother and baby are doing well. You can see pictures in my gallery: {http://gallery.pasty.com/grizzlyadams) Sadly, I will only get to see pictures for the next several months but I will get to see her come spring (Lord willing!) and am looking forward to it! So enjoy the pictures! By the way, the other little girl in the pictures is Anna Ashley and she is about 2 in a half years old. My sister Sarah and her husband Josh are also pictured.

Good morning and happy birthday Dr.Nat. When I read that the Capt. was going to Beaumont I thought he was in Royal Oak at the Beaumont Hospital and was wondering what was wrong with him till it dawned on me that there is a Beaumont in Texas. Sky is blue and the leaves are falling here in Berkley. Doug the gardener is out side collecting the leaves and making the homestead look nice. He had to put down grub killer since I lost part of my lawn to them this summer. Guess I didn't win the coveted late owl last night even though I was the last post. Oh well I am used to rejection.

Thanks FrNash, had me a little confused. I didn't notice Charlies post, or rather didn't pay attention to it. Sometimes I read over these post and don't realize what I read till you explain it for me.

THANK YOU Deb! With all the DSL phone talk I was wondering if anyone even saw my message. I just thought the phone booth was cool because you don't see them hardly at all. That's why I took the picture. I didn't think that it would spawn a monster of a conversation about DSL, etc. that would last nearly all day! Hopefully you got to see the pictures. If not they are now at the back of my album (not by choice...still trying to figure out how this new album system works. Haven't done much with it at all.)
