This shot from Tom Cook looks like it could be a two-track into someone's camp even though it reminds me of a snowmobile trail. No matter what type of road, it's sure beautiful with the fluffy covering of snow creating a passageway to somewhere. The only thing better than seeing fresh vehicle tracks like this in the snow, is the sight of fresh ski tracks. Preferably made by my skis!

And we can still see the grass here in MN.

A dusting here in Troll land last eve (monroe Co)..not even 1/4" so we can survive the weekend.

Beautiful shot Tom! I'd love to be up there sitting in a cabin in front of a fire, sipping coffee and just enjoying the breathtaking view. Its great as long as I don't have to be walking or driving in it!

It is a gorgeous view. Now, as long as you don't have to walk or drive in it and it does not knock out the power so you lose heat, etc, etc, etc...

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh........this picture is like looking out my back bedroom window.....isn't it beautiful.....

There is nothing like the U.P. and it's beauty. God is so good to provide us with such beauty when some days seems like ••••.....there is always a site that warms the heart and reminds us of how blessed we really are up here.

Well Eddy, up here in (Wayne Co) we had a good 2" or so last night. Looks great but being out these temps (25 deg.) too long is not fun.

Don't know how Dr. Paul is in Houston, but we look like that picture here in Amarillo. Probably snow fell like it does in the UP too.

Just rain here Margaret, although Wednesday was fun with all the ice NW of Houston where we live. Luckily for us, everybody canceled work so we didn't have to drive in it (not like I was going to venture out anyways.... ;-)

It's pretty sad when Texas has more snow than Connecticut!
Please send some our way! Even my wife, who normally complains loudly about the snow, doesn't like looking at the bare trees all winter.
