Remembering my father-in-law, Al Dockendorf, who died 3 years ago this month on the 23rd.

Remembering my dear mother Dorothy Ager who passed away 5 years ago today. She'll be remembered and with us forever.

Remembering my mother-in-law, Adeline Olson and my father-in-law, Bill Olson. May they find peace in heaven.

In memory of my ballroom dancing friend Connie Meredith who died way too early. I know she's dancing on the stars. Thank you for your inspiration.

Remembering my dad, Robert Briggs, who passed away May 23. As I do the final preparations for my daughter's wedding Friday, he is especially on my mind. He'll be there.

In memory of my grandmother, Ruth Schumacher Billing who passed away last Wednesday at the age of 98. She was born in Laurium but lived most of her life in the Detroit area and Oscoda. She always came to the UP to visit us at our cottage in the summer. We had so many fun times. She is missed.

In memory of our Mom, Betty Boorman, who slipped peacefully away on 10/10/2005. Eagle Harbor is missing another wonderful person, Fred Kellow, who left on 10/27/06.

I second Liz from Pinckney in remembering our Grandma, Ruth Billing, who started life as Mary Ruth Lucas on Pewabic Street in Laurium in 1908. She was a great lady and a great mother, grandma and great-grandma. I feel privileged to have shared so many experiences with her.

The family and friends of Gary have experienced a great loss. He died on October 10, 2006. Too, too soon..
