This tower was built at the cliffs along the spine of the Keweenaw eight years ago. This shot is from near the Phoenix store. Elmo Negro built the tower} on private land for the enjoyment of his friends and family. The tower in this photo blew down in a windstorm after only a month, but Elmo built another to take its place.

I always thought that was a fire ranger's station. Thanks for the
enlightenment.

The moral of the story is: wisdom of age always wins.

An elderly poodle went with his master on an African Safari, but he wandered off. Trying to find his way back through the jungle, he noticed a juvenile leopard stalking him.

"Oh, man! WHAT am I gonna do now!?"

He saw a pile of bones near. He squatted down with his back to the leopard and started chewing a bone. As the leopard was about to pounce, the said, "WOW! that was one mighty good leopard. I wonder if there are any more around?"

The leopard turned tail and ran.

BUT! A teenage monkey had seen the whole thing. He pondered how he could make some mileage out of this, so he chased after the leopard and told him the whole story. Naturally, the young leopard was furious, so with the teenage monkey on his back, they stalked back to the poodle.

"OH NO!! Now what will I do!?" thought the terrified old poodle. So he crouched down with his back to the leopard and monkey. Just as they approached he said, "Where's that darn monkey!? I sent him over an hour ago to get me another leopard!"
