Morning All

Was a great time to be in the Motor City for this weekends Superbowl. Haven't seen the sidewalks of the city teeming with people like that since I was a young boy. Speaking of Superbowls, when the 50th comes around I think Green Bay should be the Host City. Enjoy the day everyone.

Nice one Yooper! It's windy with a dusting of
snow on everything here this morning in
Toronto. There's lots to clean up from last
night's Super Bowl party as well. Surprisingly
llittle food left though...well, considering the
number of young guys eating, maybe not so
surprising.

I like the picture Yooper. I went into last night's game liking both teams and having a hard time choosing who won, but I think the refs helped Pitt a little too much and therefore I was pulling for the Seahawks all the way. I was happy for Bettis though and I love Hines Ward. It's cold here in MN today. I hope it warms up soon. I liked January better. Have a great day! Hey Kosk, I just ordered "The 5th Horseman" by James Patterson. It's the 5th book in his Woman's Murder Mystery Club. Another great series by the greatest author. Hope it's good but would love to see another book along the lines of "Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas" and "Sam's Letters to Jennifer". Those were tear jerkers that I just couldn't put down.

Thanks for the tip Deb. Sounds like good
relaxing reading when I take a break from
report card writing later this month.

Good morning everyone :)
Usedtobeayooper and Kosk...I haven't read Sam Patterson's murder mystery books...will definately have to give it a try. I was thinking of running up to Barnes and Noble this week, to get a book to read. Figure if I read, it will make the weekend come quicker ;)
There's still snow on the ground...and on the rooftops Charlotte and NKR...but I'm afraid the sunshine today, may put an end to that.

Hello from Mishawaka IN. Sur5er, we had sun today but it didn't melt the snow, well at least not the snow on the grass. The sidewalks are clear so I don't have to shovel. By the way has anyone heard anything about George Hite?

By Ms. Katie (Mskatie) on Monday, February 6, 2006 - 10:44 pm:

By the way, did anyone notice on the "Today Show" this morning while Al Roker was talking to someone in the crowd I got a glimpes of a sign that said "where in the world is the UP" Never got to see a face. Anybody know who this could have been?

By Steve Haagen (Radsrh) on Monday, February 6, 2006 - 11:56 pm:

I E-mailed Sharon Smith last week and asked her about George, she said he had gone in for cataract surgery and come down with pneumonia. He was staying with his wife and should have been home late last week.
