Since Beth Jukuri retired, she’s been keeping busy with plenty of bike riding and garden work, both at her home garden and in the WIND ladies adopted garden space by the Houghton waterfront. Beth rode her bike recently on the trail from Chassell to Houghton and then she planted some flower seeds in their garden there, before snapping a few photos to share. The Ornamental Cabbages sure add some beauty to the fall garden, when everything else is just about done for the season. Then she hopped back on her bike to head back to Chassell.
Visit Keweenaw shares this “Fall in the Keweenaw” video, saying: “Let this Canyon Falls hike remind you that though fall marches on, there is so much depth to this season yet to soak in.” Better hurry, fall is really winding down now.

These are just gorgeous. Those cabbages are really pretty! When I do get out of my cell, lunch is typically a Culver's butter burger down on the waterfront. And it is stunning!

Beautiful pictures and wonderful video. I love Canyon Falls. There are so many beautiful waterfalls here. Maybe we'll get there next spring. And I love what they do on the Houghton waterfront. It always looks so nice.
