Every year about this time, Judy Byykkonen and her family head to Bootjack for a week at the Green Camp. It’s always a time of beauty, serenity, fun, laughter and togetherness with loved ones and friends. Just looking at the three photos today, you can see why the family enjoys this get-away together. The excitement of the little ones jumping off the dock, swimming in Portage Lake and roasting marshmallows can’t be beat, not to mention all the memories being made and repeated each year. It’s one of the best ways to relax and recharge for sure.

The video feature today was not made at the Green Camp, but someone else recorded their time at their Bootjack cottage. Not a bad idea, then you can replay it during the winter months when you’re longing for warm, summer days.
