The archives always has many good examples of Keweenaw living, like today’s shots. The first one was snapped by Susan Harri in 2009, on a moonlit evening in Eagle Harbor. That’s their view looking toward the marina, with the moon just rising in the darkened sky. Beautiful!

The second photo was submitted by Chris Gariepy back in 2017. We had just had a good snowfall and he captured the peacefulness of their field freshly covered with snow, untouched by anything except a shadow. Shortly after this photo, Chris and his family made tracks through the field on a snowshoe adventure.

Today’s video takes us across the Upper Peninsula for a look at winter scenes in January. Winter can hold plenty of fun, if you embrace it and enjoy getting out in the fresh air.

Everything looks good to me. Nice work as usual Mary. There is
always a grumpy one in every crowd. All I can say to that is "Good
