So much fall color in the archives this time of year...it’s a joy to behold. Today we start with a plethora of pumpkins, photographed in 2005, by Ashley Byykkonen. What a great harvest of pumpkins, all lined up on the picnic table waiting to be made into Jack-O-Lanterns, pumpkin pies and possibly some feed for the deer.
I love the colors in the photo from 2008, snapped by Betsy Brown. Autumn reflecting in the water, softens the colors as they swirl around in the running water. Nature’s beauty.
What? Crocuses in the Fall? That’s exactly the reaction this photo taken by Liz Siivola, received back in 2011. Until someone checked it out on the Internet and confirmed there definitely are Autumn Crocus Flowers. Little blooms as the seasons change...I like that.
Stacey Flood shared a mushroom photo with us last Saturday and just sent me this Turkey Tail Mushroom a couple days ago. What an interesting mushroom specimen. And the colored leaves in the photo make it a perfect Fall shot.
The water reflection shot really got my interest flowing, so the video selection for today is all filled colorful reflections to enjoy! Published by Joan Ouellette.
