"Palms Brook [sic] State Park"
Not to be picky, but see
(click →) "Palms Book State Park".
I find it easy to remember that 'cuz it sounds like such an odd, improbable name!
See also, Wikipedia (click →) "Palms Book State Park", where the odd sounding name is explained:
Quote:The park was created in 1926 when John I. Bellaire arranged for the sale of a 90-acre (36 ha) parcel from the Palms Book Land Company to the state for $10. The arrangement called for the establishment of a park that would be named after the land company.
"Now you know the rest of the story…"
(with a tip o' the hat to ol' Paul Harvey!)
Mary says I DO know it's Palms BOOK State Park.
Mistakes happen, my fingers must have hit the "r" accidentally and it doesn't show up as a misspelling, because of course it's spelled correctly. It's fixed now.
