The end of May seems like it came quickly this month, which means it’s time to pause with remembrance of those that have passed on before us. Today we remember:

I'm thinking about some of my family who
have gone on before us. Also remembering
my father and father-in-law who would have
celebrated birthdays yesterday if they
hadn't left us before we were ready. I'm
hoping they celebrated together.

May is over. Life moves so fast.

Remembering my Wife Teresa-9/15/17, My Mom Betty-2/28/18, and my Grandson Jeffrey--3/13/18. A part of me went with you all when you were called home. I love and miss you.

Remembering our parents Norman and Helen Pooley, Ed and Sophie Kuusisto, Aunt Lyle Pooley, our sister in law and dear friend Phyllis Kuusisto, Karen Kuusisto, Janet Trasti, Selma Kuusisto, Auntie Eva Lahti, our good buddy Nitz Kumpula, our nephews “The Chief” Churchill and Charlie Churchill, our sweet niece Rosie Churchill, Our niece Bailey Hartmann, our brother in law and friend Wayne Hartmann our sister and best friend Flo Hartmann and our dear sweet baby girls Annie and Molly Kuusisto. We love and miss you all so much.

Chamberlain of Hancock who they lost this past month

Remembering my wife Kellie who passed far too early this month, 5 years ago. I know I posted this last month, but while her gravestone says May 1st, I know it was before midnight, June 30th as I was at her side. The doctors of course always date things according to their available information.

I will gladly take any and every opportunity to remember and honor her.

On May 27, it's a year since I brought my Mimi's ashes to be near her Mom and Dad at Lakeview Cemetery. 5 years ago on May 31, we lost our Finnish vocalist from Kilpela & Friends Finnish Polka band, Paavo Hilska from Ishpeming. I miss both of them a lot.
