Today’s archive picks are a mixture with no true theme, except they all start with the letter “F”. Starting back in 2006, we have a Fisherman at the Lac La Belle Lodge with his catch of the day, snapped by Cathy Westcott . That’s Steve Erbisch looking like quite the happy fisherman, after catching an 11 lb. 2 oz, 31 inch long Walleye.
The next photo was taken in 2008, by Bobb Farrell on the eastern end of the U.P., in Cedarville. Bobb hit his shutter button at just the right time to capture the doe's breath as she lifted her head to see what Bobb was up to. Sensing he was just shooting with a camera, she slowly trotted off with her Fawn tagging along beside her.
Our final “F” photo today, comes from Krista Poirier, who captured a beautifully colored bunch of Forget-Me-Nots. They’re such pretty little flowers and so vividly blue. Did you know they represent memory loss and the Alzheimer Association?
Even today’s video has an “F” association, as it’s about a fawn that comes right up to the person making the video, while it’s mother watches from afar.
