The archive is filled with promises of new beginnings today...spring is popping up all over. Our first archive shot was snapped by Taka Aoki back in 2002. The beautiful sunshine and bright green sprouts with the promise of flowers to come gives us all hope for continued warmer weather.
Then in 2008, Z-Man got up close and personal with a beautifully colored bunch of newly sprouted Crocuses. Check out that rich purple color and how they almost seem to be smiling as they soak up that warm spring sunshine.
Just about the same thing happening in 2011, but this time snapped up by Joyce Tormala. This batch of crocuses have a bit of white in them, just as beautiful and just as much a sign of Springtime really having arrived. These little harbingers of the season change coming don’t last long, but they sure do bring a colorful burst of enjoyment after months and months of snow.
Most folks think of getting their garden started in the Spring, planning what and where to plant various vegetables. Today’s video takes us on a tour of this gentleman’s spring garden in 2010, where he finds tasty treats already green and growing, even though it looks at first like nothing is there. Spring's arrival appears to be more than a month behind this year ;>

Very nice flowers! More current pictures and less of the past
would be more interesting and provide more discussion!
