The final day of January, so we pause here at Pasty Central, to remember friends who have passed on. Today we honor:

Remembering our parents Norman and Helen Pooley, Ed and Sophie Kuusisto, Aunt Lyle Pooley, our sister in law and dear friend Phyllis Kuusisto, Karen Kuusisto, Janet Trasti, Selma Kuusisto, Auntie Eva Lahti, our good buddy Nitz Kumpula, our nephews “The Chief” Churchill and Charlie Churchill, our sweet niece Rosie Churchill, Our niece Bailey Hartmann, our brother in law and friend Wayne Hartmann our sister and best friend Flo Hartmann and our dear sweet baby girls Annie and Molly Kuusisto. We love and miss you all so much.

My condolences to all

Remembering my wife of 48 years. Deb passed on January 2,
2018 after a difficult but valiant struggle with Alzheimer’s. Oh
how we both loved the UP even though we had not been able
to visit the past four years due to her condition. I certainly plan
on returning as soon as possible. Charlie, I have certainly
drawn inspiration from you in the way that you have dealt with
the loss of Edie. Deb, you were the very best.
