A pleasant way to start the week, as the Pasty Cam looks back at the places we've been on this day over the last 19 years. Houghton County Airport, Calumet, Mackinac Island, rock climbing, fishing... so many fun things to do. But the one that caught my eye was Shawn Malone's visit to Point Iroquois Lighthouse in 2011. Lo and behold there was a drone flyover of that very spot a few years later, as UPgraphics.com advanced the exploration of this historic landmark. In fact, in 1975 it first appeared on the National Register of Historic Places. One of many eastern U.P. spots you may want to visit.
And if you are in the western U.P. on June 24th, be sure to swing by Calumet on that Saturday afternoon for Pastyfest. The celebration begins at noon on Fifth Street with music, street vendors, a horseshoe contest, parade, music and more.
Looks like we're in for warmer weather, after quite a cold spell here in the north. Have a good week :o)

Pleasant is an understatement, Charlie...these pix and videos are blow'n me away! The clarity is incredible, it's like a mini-vacation to places I can no longer get to. A big "Thanks" to all the contributors.
