The Pasty Cam archives start to come alive with planting and color during the weeks of spring. Looking back to 2005, Brita Haapala snaps a shot of a farmer getting his field ready for planting. I'm guessing he was out there picking rocks, but those seagulls are hoping he stirs up some worms for lunch.
Joyce Tormala brought us a glimpse of blossoms blooming back in 2006…even though these are white, it's still a welcome sight from the "other" white we had for months on end.
Then just last year in 2016, Donna MacIntosh had us "up a tree", so to speak, checking out the buds that start sprouting in spring as the temperatures warm up.
In looking for a video to share today, I came across a different sort of Spring, one that has nothing to do with the weather. Hope you enjoy this GoPro look underwater at the Kitch-iti-kipi-Big Spring, located just west of Manistique, in Palms Book State Park. Watch close-up as a fish swims by and see the sand churning where the spring is bubbling in.
