What a beautiful picture. Robert was such a great
guy. I miss his photos. They were always so
beautiful.
September 11 is another one of those days like
December 7 or November 22. If you happened to be
alive, you will always remember where you were and
what you were doing. So sad for everybody. Alan
Jackson put it so eloquently in his song, "Where
Were You" when the world stopped turning. Such
moving words that spoke to all of us; words that
can be used for all of these horrific events.
Thank God that good outweighs evil in this country
and around the world. It has been said that good
will always triumph over evil. I believe that.
It's what keeps me going.

There are two days that I will always remember where I was when I heard the news. The day that John Kennedy got shot and 9/11. The first one I was in the Army in La Rochelle, France and the second one I was on Wright Island on Isle Royale.
Unfortunately for the U.S. of A a lot of things changed after 9/11 and they well never change back.
