The Tall Ships made a stop recently in the Lower Marquette Harbor and Laurie Bashaw and her husband, Ed Korpi were on hand to snap some photos and tour inside the Pride of Baltimore II

Quite the impressive interior with all the wood. Laurie said they didn't have to wait in line long the day they toured the interior, but the next day the lines were much longer.

The Lower Harbor was bustling with activity with the Tall Ships sailing and you can see there are a good number of smaller sail boats that anchor in the Harbor for the summer, too.

Such great pictures. We had tickets to get onboard
when they were in Duluth last weekend, but we just
didn't want to stand in line for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
Thanks for giving us a glimpse of what the inside
of these beautiful ships look like. Seeing them is
always so much fun!!

Seen the Tall Ships in Duluth a few times. Bob has
been toured them while I opted to stay with our
dog, Otis. These Tall Ships are a must see!

Beautiful ship, and I like the Star Spangled Banner displayed on it.

Update on the photos:

I received a message from Laurie Bashaw, with a correction about the above photos. She stated the following:

"The photo of the flag is the only one from the Pride of Baltimore. The big ship, with the interior photos, is a ship named the "El Galeon". It is a Spanish ship, from Spain, with an all Spanish crew."

Sorry for any confusion, folks. For more information on this Tall Ship, click here: El Galeon.
