At first glance you might think the top postcard is of Alberta, south of L'Anse. But the title, "Located on the shore of Keweenaw Bay" suggest otherwise. Construction during that era gives both locations a similar look, but the glimpse of the Bay in the distance is definitely not something you would see at Alberta.

The postcard image looks a lot like the Ford Sawmill (1923 to 1942) at Pequaming, which would qualify as the south shore of Keweenaw Bay. Any real experts on this out there?

When I was at tech we had classes down at Alberta...spent one of the semesters there (Fall)...we did more hunting and fishing and exploring, bonfires and drinking than we did studying....best time of my life was there

I always thought that the one in Alberta was one of the neatest places I've ever seen. ( In terms of appearance neat I mean.) I never knew there was another one. Learned something again today. It's a good day. Thanks for sharing that info.
