Even though the clouds in Sharon Bodenus’ first two photos could mean that a storm was brewing, they’re still quite enjoyable to view. Especially since any storms contained in those clouds has long since passed. I especially like the second shot, with the puffy white clouds against the bright blue sky. They look like cotton batten UP there.

Sharon’s second two photos are pretty amazing. She said that she was at camp and was looking up to the skies, hoping to find more clouds to photograph, when she spotted a plane flying by the moon. Her wish was that she had a larger lens, but she was able to crop the photo in enough so that the plane could be seen just passing under and past the moon. Pretty neat!

The last photo was sent in by Joe Kirkish and goes right along with the “cloud” theme today. Joe was wondering about the strange effects he’s been noticing in the skies lately. He said they’re apparently caused by more and more commercial airlines from Duluth, Canada, etc., creating streaks that gradually turn in to the oddest clouds. Joe was curious as to whether any of the Pasty Cam readers have noticed this too?

I too like the puffy white clouds. Seeing them means you probably ain't gonna get wet and it probably ain't gonna get to hot. All great pictures. Thanks for sharing.
