Back in '99 Don Hermanson took us to the sunrise side of Isle Royale, and a decade later Bill Pekuri landed on the sunset end. This weekend I find myself back again, working on the Pasty.NET project at Rock Harbor, somewhere between the two. One of those jobs where the last 5% takes 95% of the effort. I'll have more to say about it tomorrow.
Thanks to everyone who voted in the USA Today 10Best project, in search of the best pasty in Michigan. #1 turned out to be Pasty Central :o)
Have a good week :o)

Hope all went well with the project.........unless you'd enjoy another weekend on the Isle!

I like that lighthouse with the lake freighter behind it. Good job.

Passage Island Lighthouse was great Coast Guard duty back in the days when the lights were manned. On the other end, Rock of Ages, not so great duty. Miss those days!

I always love the pictures that come to us from Isle Royale. I'll never get there, so it's great to see the pictures that others have taken. Thanks!!
