Last week we visited East Main Street in Eagle River, where the old hotel used to stand. We mentioned the old fireplace still standing today. that reveal where the chimneys were located. Alicia Marshal sent in the top photo, exactly what we were looking for. The second picture a postcard of the falls, up at the other end of the street.

Happy Birthday to one of Eagle River's longtime residents, my wife Edie. A fun time was had by all at her birthday party this afternoon at PortagePointe. Thanks for the cards and continued prayers for her recovery.
