We have visited this historic venue before, but these are new photos that have surfaced from Ellen Lucy:

I saw your little video of Electric Park and I thought of these photos I have had for years.

My mom was born in Calumet. She is the little girl on the far left, standing She was about 2 so I figured the year was 1917.. Her maiden name was OLVER.

I hope you enjoy them as we have.

Thanks, Ellen, for sharing them with us. It's neat to see folks in the Copper Country as they looked around World War I. Anybody recognize any relations in this panorama of people?

I never heard of this place before so I did a google search. This was a very nice place for recreation and it looks to have been a very popular place in it's day. Thanks for sharing this, I enjoyed learning about it.
