Here we are at the end of another month and it is time to pause to remember those loved ones and friends that have passed on before us. Today we remember:

We here at Pasty Central, extend our deepest sympathy to all those who have lost someone they hold near and dear to their hearts. Please feel free to add the names of those you'd like to remember on this page here today.

One of the names in today's list is a man you may recall seeing back in the Pasty Cam archives:

Jerry Cobb
Jerry is my wife's father. He passed away yesterday morning at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Edie and I had visited him the afternoon before, and he appeared to be on the road to recovery from heart valve replacement. But about 10 hours after we were the last relatives to hold his hands and say goodbye, the heart that had served him for over 86 years simply stopped. Dad will be laid to rest in Clarkston on Tuesday.

In memory of Rick Young who most certainly died too young. He was a friend to many, helped anyone who asked and had a quiet strength that many men today lack. He was an expert at his craft and used his skill and knowledge to improve the lives of many. He will be missed by many but will live on forever in our hearts. Godspeed

Sending comforting thoughts and prayers to all who are remembering friends and family on this All Hallow's Eve.

Charlie and Edie, this has been a very difficult year for you both, and losing Jerry has to be so hard, especially since he seemed to be recovering. What a blessing you were able to see him one last time before he went Home. Like Deb, i never had a chance to see my Dad before his passing, and that has always tugged at my heart.
