Every summer, Judy Byykkonen rents a camp out in Bootjack that they call the "Green Camp". And yes, if you guessed that the camp is painted green, you're right! It's where she likes to gather her family all together for some good old fashion summer fun.
Jet skiing, water skiing, boat rides, fishing on the dock, feeding the ducks in your nighty, having special treats just because, playing games, building puzzles, sitting around the campfire, many of the things Judy and her family enjoyed during their time there. All relaxing and fun, generating lots of laughter and smiles…all but the Scrabble games, I hear they're quite serious about that competition. ;-)
And as if that's not enough, they have views like the last photo at the end of the day. This is what summer should be…a time to take a break from the hectic pace of life and come together with friends and family for a good time. A last hurrah, before getting back to work and school!

Great pictures and great family fun. I can't help but thinking that if every family had a week like this the nation would be a far better place. The country, a place to go to learn a lot without being taught.

Spartan Green , eh!. My favorite place is across the lake where my dad's home was. That was the life!
