Our new photo snapping dynamic duo is back again today, with a variety of spring flowers in a Pasty Cam bouquet. Barb Bouwkamp snapped the first four beauties, starting with something bright and white that I have no clue what it is called, but I'm sure there is someone out in Pasty Land that can name that flower for us. Moving on, Barb spotted a fly on a pretty purple violet and was able to click her shutter before it decided to fly away. You know there will be more of those pesky things hatching and annoying us before too long now. Then some more beautifully colored violets and a lone miniature daffodil, with its deep yellow coloring, complete Barb's bouquet.
Next up is Joy Ziemnick's arrangement of blooms. She starts off with one of my favorite spring flowers, the arbutus or what we call Mayflowers. These are the most fragrant little flowers I've ever come across in the woods. Then Joy brings us some round-lobed Hepatia, so pretty with the white stems in the middle, contrasting against the purple petals. And finally, a small bunch of spring beauties to complete our spring time bouquet.
