Eric Pohl and some of his buddies strapped on their snowshoes, grabbed a couple shovels and hauled their snowboards along, too, on a hike in to see what the Redridge Dam does in the midst of winter. What did they find? Well, they found out that it is not doing much this time of year, just sitting there frozen in time.
Nice place to snowshoe around and explore, plus the guys tried to make a jump with their shovels and the snow, but Eric said they just ended up using the snow as their sleds, he said, "Like typical Tech students." I think they were just being typical "kids"…albeit, college age kids, but it sounds like they had a good time anyway.

All these treks through the snow are making my feet cold!;> Great shots, Eric.

Capt., this time the door must've been left open in TX, 'cause that's where our bad weather was coming from last night....we woke up this morning to about 10" of new snow. No wonder my feet are cold.:<
