Today's Pasty Cam is all about the snow, 'bout the snow, no sunshine. Sorry about that, had a popular song playing in my head while I was typing. ;-) But the photos here today are all snowy!
The first two photos are from Kathy Archambeau, who noticed the snowflakes beginning to fall and decided to check them out on her deck railing. Seeing the uniqueness of each individual flake, she grabbed her camera, zoomed in and the rest is Pasty Cam history. Just look at both of her pictures and the different sizes and shapes all those flakes make. It is truly amazing the detail in some of them.
When those individual flakes start accumulating though, you don't notice them singularly anymore, as they begin to pile up like in the last three photos from Frank Jezek. He has some deck photos of the snow in Ontonagon where he lives, showing what a massive amount of those flakes look like all piled together. Makes me wonder just how many individual flakes it takes to cover the deck, branches and trees in Frank's photos. Do you think anyone has ever been able to count them?

I recognized my cousin's pictures immediately as I saw them on FB and wondered if you'd use them.
Love the last 3 photos also. Winter may not be pleasant, but it makes for some great photo ops.

The first two pictures look like popcorn on the ground. The ice and the snow make for some beautiful pictures.
