When Brant Clements emailed this shot captured by his wife Melanie, it was evening here in my room with only one lamp... so there was low light to begin with. A bit blinding to click on the attachment and see the brilliant rays almost burning a hole in my screen. Scroll back up there and take another look - as bright as you would imagine an atomic reaction (which, being the sun, I guess it is :o)
And the aspect ratio of this shot is the second surprise - twice as high as most of our 'big pictures'. This reminds me of a Pastyvision shot a couple of years ago... only, turned up and down.
